Betsie wishes she was at school.

There was a loud knock at her bedroom door. Betsie moaned. "What!"

Her Mum barged in. "Just because you got suspended doesn't mean you can spend all day in bed." Betsie closed her eyes, she had heard this lecture before. Her Mum continued, "Your room is a mess so after breakfast you can start by cleaning this pigsty. Then you can do some other jobs around the house too. The bins need taken out, the bathroom needs cleaning ... "

At this point Betsie pulled the covers over her head. "Whatever," Betsie screamed, she had heard this all before.

Her Mum just shook her head and left but before she slammed the door she shouted, "I'm going out now and won't be back until late. Just do as you're told and get ready."

Betsie virtually jumped out of bed and started to get dressed. She quickly stripped off her PJs. It took her a moment to realise what her mother said. Betsie looked at her phone: 7:55. Betsie let out a low groan. A moment later she heard the front door being unlocked and as Betsie pulled up her jeans she heard the door bang shut. Looking out her window she saw her Mum walking down the path. Betsie finished getting dressed but before she left her room there was a load thud on the window. Betsie turned to face the window. She thought it might have been a bird so just shrugged. Then there was another thud. This time Betsie saw what it was; it was a banana. Betsie went to the window and looked out. Out on the garden, holding a bunch of bananas was Lexi. Betsie was not in the best of moods but seeing the person she blamed for getting her suspended meant Betsie lost her temper. She opened the window. "What the fuck do you want?"

"I thought a slut like you might want a banana," Lexi laughed.

"Fuck off! You're the reason I was suspended."

"Aaah, don't be like that. Be a good slut and I'll let you suck a banana," Lexi taunted, waving a banana at Betsie. Betsie responded by leaning out of her window and giving Lexi the finger. "Don't be like that," said Lexi. "Lil' slut, lil' slut won't you let me in or I'll huff and I'll puff ... "

"FUCK YOU!" Betsie shouted, not caring if the neighbours heard. She flung herself on her bed and began to seethe. She was telling herself how much she hated everyone. Unfortunately for Betsie, she didn't close her window.

"Aaah," said Lexi has she watched Betsie disappear. "Be a good little slut and let me in! C'mon, do as your told and let me in." Lexi didn't realise the power of the words she just spoke and the only reason Lexi didn't leave was Betsie had left her window open and she wanted to throw a banana through it. She had three bananas left.

'O God NOOO!' Betsie thought as she heard what Lexi said. There was nothing Betsie could do as her body automatically began to rise from her bed and make its way downstairs. She didn't even turn around as there was another thud on her window.
