"Before you go, I have an errand for each of you to run over lunch...which is almost now," you say, glancing at your watch. The three of you laugh as you have literally screwed the morning away!
"Just a sec," you say and quickly write a quick list of instructions for each woman, then seal each one in an envelope and hand them each one.
"Good. Ashley, get your purchases and come back here as soon as you have your tasks done. Doe, I'll call you when I'm ready for you."
The two head off, leaving you to get yourself and your office looking somewhat normal again.
