Battle Spark Girl (WIP)

Weapon: Spark Stimulate, a modified version of the Spark Shock used by Spark Man. Launches a shocking electric spark projectile.

Briefing: Spark Girl voluntarily generates power at the local power station, greatly improving the lives of the citizens of the city by doubling the station's output. The numbers don't add up, though... It's fair to assume some of that extra power is going somewhere people don't know about.

Spark Girl uses a cog-shaped external device that covers almost her entire upper body, with two enormous pronged arms to generate electric attacks of variable output. Of course, those two big spikes look scary to get close to, themselves...

Underneath all that hardware is a small and friendly nerdy nineteen-year-old with a brown bowl haircut and a big ahoge (hair antennae) that twitches when she's excited. She seems to genuinely want to help others. She has a stuttering problem and can get overexcited, but she seems to like talking to other people. Shame she works at a power plant... Her deep blue eyes are mostly hidden by thick goggles. Speaking of "underneath all that hardware," nobody really knows what her body looks like. Maybe it's something amazing?
