Battle Flash Girl (WIP)

Weapon: Flash Breast, a modified version of the Time Stopper used by Flash Man. Causes targets to freeze in place, as though time itself has stopped.

Briefing: Before her corruption, Flash Girl was a sullen, silent type, working as a security guard patrolling the park outside the Crystal Library, a high-tech storage facility for the computer brains of out of service robots. Those who knew her say she kept to herself, but she seemed to be a hard worker. Now that she's been corrupted by the influence of Doctor Dolly, Flash Girl patrols the park and the Crystal Library both, attacking any intruders. Doctor Dolly must be hiding something in there...

Flash Girl was programmed to fight with a stun baton, holstered at her hip, but she's been reprogrammed to use an arm-mounted buster gun as well. Her head-mounted lights may give her an advantage in the dark. While seemingly stoic and slow, she can move quickly in pursuit of an intruder and won't hesitate to ram one with her body.

Most details of her appearance are unknown, due to the long trenchcoat and hard, chin-strapped helmet she wears, but her eyes are blue-green and suspicious looking. She always seems to be frowning... That makes her pretty menacing, for someone who's supposed to make other people feel safe! They say beneath that coat, she's a busty, long-legged beauty.
