Day 1:
The next day, your instructor had you do a heavy regimen of exercises right off the bat.

200 punches and side kicks, each in a row. First with one fist or leg, then the other. You never had felt so sore in your life, afterwards! Your knuckles felts flattened as pancakes; your arms and legs throbbed with such pain; and your legs felt like jello as you could hardly stand. Then, as if he thought he wasn't harsh on you enough, he actually wanted you to fight him again.
You took your fighting stance, and as circled each other on the dojo mat, every fibre of your lower limbs tensed up and practically screamed for relief... You thrust fist after chop after fist at Batman, only for him to block punches and dodge chops every time. It was after when you execute a roundhouse kick that you left yourself wide open enough for Batman to counterstrike: he blocks you again and chops at the side of your knee simultaneously, distracting you for a second before he thrusts his claw-glove at your chest to push you down once more.
Panting and pushing yourself to sit up with whatever strength you can muster, you pant with every pained breath you take and your frustration seemed to radiate to your eyes. "Let's... *pant, pant, pant* Take... *pant, pant, pant* A breather..."
"Your opponent won't give you any moment to recuperate," Batman scolds coldly. "You have to take it from them, incapacitate them completely. Now, get up! You're on the clock." Pain was starting to erupt from every pore in your body, but despite all that, you slowly and grudgingly got back up.
Supergirl took a day to cool down, but she hadn't seen you since. She frantically looked all over the Watchtower for you, peering through the interior with x-ray vision. She finally found you under the Dark Knight's tutelage in the training hall, and there was a 'Keep Out' sign of sorts: "Private training underway. Do Not Disturb." "Unbelievable," she muttered.
Eventually, as two more hours go by, you learn to ignore the pain and even Batman is (silently) impressed on how well you're improving. As you train, you focus on what to fix about your fighting style.
Finally, you and Batman stop sparring and he says that it's time to get 'your breathing under control.' "Lotus position." So he crosses his legs with the bottoms of his feet facing up at him, then he bends only his middle and thumb fingers as they make a circle while the others straighten up. You mirror him and then his tone for meditating becomes almost... hypnotic: soothing and relaxing. He tells you how to slowly inflate your body until is about to burst, then to breathe out the same way. You do this for another hour or so...
Batman chose an opportune time to meditate while the sun was at its zenith position. Your body, and especially the nanites in your body, could properly repair any damage to your muscle tissue so you could work on strengthening not only your mind, but your spirit as well.
