Balor Awakens (Part I)

"My servants are not mindless sex slaves like yours is." Rias defended as you felt a heat rising off of her, her anger flaring up. But the blond man seemed unfazed by Rias' anger.

"Oh, RiRi. Don't be jealous. When we're married, you will become mine and you'll be my main mindless sex ****."

"Who do you think you are to talk to Rias like that?" You demanded angrily as you stepped between Rias and her asshole fiancé, despite the fact you were the one in need of her protection. KILL HIM! A dark voice growled in your head, your eyes burning with rage. YES... BALOR SENSES YOUR ANGER... KILL HIM AND UNLOCK YOUR TRUE POWER!

"How dare YOU talk to Riser that way!" the arrogant cunt spoke in the third-person, "Riser is a pureborn. A high-class devil. Son of the Phenex! And you are just a Low-Class devil scu..."

Riser was unable to finish his rant as he suddenly froze, his face twisted comically in mid-speech. Akeno and the other members of Rias' peerage perked up as they realised that you succeeded in trapping the much powerful devil in time. However, that did nothing to quell your anger as you stepped towards the now helpless devil with murderous intent.

"Alexander, stop!" Rias placed a firm hand on your shoulder, stopping you in your tracks and the warm touch succeeded in easing your wrath. Well, almost... KILL THE GIRL! The voice growled menacingly. BALOR IS GOD. BALOR HAS NO MASTER.

Who the fuck is Balor? You thought, trying to banish the evil thoughts away. Just then a bright red, satanic pentagram formed on the ground between Riser and you, knocking you both several feet away from each other with a powerful burst of crimson energy that rattled the blinds of the windows and the distraction broke your concentration and freed Riser from you. From the circle, a red mist emerged and transformed into a beautiful young woman with long silver hair and dark red eyes. You felt an intense aura of power emanating from her, and you realised that she was someone to be feared. Indeed, she scowled at Riser Phenex and for the first time you saw the arrogant devil flinch in fear.

"L... L... Lady Grayfia," Riser stammered, his cocky arrogance shattering to pieces as the devil lady took a step towards him. "What are you doing here?"

"I do not need to explain myself, Lord Riser, but you do. Why are YOU here?" the woman said with venom in her words.

"Be... Because of HER!" Riser shouted angrily, pointing a shaking finger at the redhead beside you. "She is trying to break our betrothal! The betrothal arranged by her own father and mine, in the presence of Sirzechs himself!"

"Do NOT invoke his name so casually!" Grayfia snapped at Riser, making him flinch and take a step back. "The Crimson Satan is quite displeased by the lewd comments that you have been saying in regards to his little sister."

Wait... Rias' brother is Lucifer?

"He... He is supposed to put aside family loyalties when he took on the mantle of Lucifer. He shouldn't concern himself in a matter between Phenex and Gremory."

"It concerns himself if Gremory and Phenex are at war with each other." the silver-haired devil said, "So he has decided to resort it peacefully, through a Rating Game."

There was a long pause as you felt Rias stiffen up besides you and Riser's arrogance immediately returned with gusto as he smiled at the redhead. "A Rating Game? Hah! My peerage will eat hers alive!"

"So I take it that you accept the proposal?"

"Hah! Yeah, I accept! Might as well give up now, RiRi." Riser said confidently. "However, WHEN I win, you will marry me immediately and return to the Underworld!"

"I... I accept." Rias said reluctantly, making the blond smirk before teleporting away in a burst of flames. With the blond bitch gone, the silver-haired woman turned around and looked at you with those judging red eyes of hers. You had expected her to talk to you, or at least acknowledge your presence but instead she gazed upon you silently, as if reading your thoughts.

"Rias, we need to talk... Alone." She demanded after a few minutes and Rias reluctantly left your side as she followed the older devil to an adjoining room, dragging her feet as she does before casting you one last longing look.

"Wow, that's a lot of drama to start the day." Akeno said, surprisingly chirpily as she grabbed onto your arm where Rias once did. "Tell me, Professor, would you like to have breakfast with me?"
