You walked back to your room after the massage. Your body felt good, loosened up, ready for more work. The deep tissue and cupping had done their job. You knew you had pushed your body hard in the last few days, especially focusing on pure athleticism and then your handles. Now, you needed to decide what to attack next.
You thought about the tournament. The 1-on-1 format meant you had to be great at everything. But you only had so much time before the tryout. You needed to pick your next main focus.
What will you train next?
A. Work more on your Athleticism: Push for even more power, more explosive jumps and drives.
B. Focus on your Stamina: Become tireless on the court, outlast anyone.
C. Drill your Finesse: Make your ball-handling and moves even shifty-er and harder to guard.
D. Improve your Court Vision: Sharpen your game sense, decision-making, and playmaking ability.
