Once outside of Bill's house, you stretch a little and enjoy the sunshine. As you stretch you can't help but feel like it has been forever since you've been outside. Once you're all done, you head down to Cerulean City and try to figure out where you should get going. After a little while of wondering around, you do eventually come across a really beaten up looking house. There's a window or two broken to it and there's a few bits of graffiti on the house with big Rs on it. One guess on who did this.
It looks like there is a burly police officer near the house too, looking for something and that there is one or two people inside doing things. You could get a bit closer and see what's up or you could just see if the police officer is a good lay. Who knows there are a few options available for you right now.
