Back in the room

When you enter the room again, you see Cassie sitting on the floor. She had her legs pressed tightly against her body and was wrapping her arms around them. She had lowered her head and was crying.

Ritter was sitting on the counter smoking a cigarette. At the counter, they had placed a donation jar for a charity. Ritter took the coins and tried to hit a trash can across the room.

Seeing Cassie wrecked like that makes you feel bad. But it was a decision you made, and it was the only right decision. You still needed Ritter. Cassie not.

"Man, she shouldn't be acting like that. I was nice to her. I even pulled out when she begged me to. Never thought I'd do that on purpose." He laughed.

You pick up a jacket from the floor that someone must have left here. Slowly, you walk up to Cassie. You kneel down in front of her and put the jacket around her like a blanket. "He's... he's... he's..." she sobs. "Shhh" you take her in your arms and hug her tightly.

You have to think. Where do you go from here? She won't help you much in the state she's in now. The **** of her brother and that with Ritter, it has put quite a strain on her psychologically. You certainly won't put a gun in her hand. Besides, you still have Mika in the group. She alone is as incompetent as a whole army of idiots.

But what then? Do you leave her behind? Maybe she'll even make it. At least for a week. But if you take her with you, Ritter would **** her again, and not just once. But maybe that's her only use. To satisfy Ritter, to become his private object of lust, seems to be her only value. For everything else she is useless. It would destroy her, but Ritter would then finally leave you and Clara alone.

Ritter jumps off the counter and walks towards the door. Take Cassie with you or leave her here, the decision is yours.
