Back home in the Hospital

Opening your eyes, you see Nicolas looming over you, giving a very angry, annoyed look. His wife, Ms. Claus (you have no idea what her real name is as she answers to several of them) had a concerned look on her. Krampus stood further back and had a guilty look to him. Then, most terrifying of all, stood your mother. She looked bored but you had learned to read your mother's hints. She was upset and worried, though the only thing that gave this away was that your mother was facing you with her beautiful side. Trying to sit up so you could address everyone properly, a small amount of pain shot through your body, causing Nicolas to push you back down and use healing energy to ease the pain.

"You're an idiot, facing off against a Muspal giant by yourself!" Nicolas had an angry look in his eyes but you knew it was more concern than anger.

"I won, didn't I? What day is it? I have things I need to do." You again tried to stand up, but a wave of power hit you. Looking in that direction, you saw it was your mother. She stood up and addressed you in full stature. Her dead side never bugged you, but you saw Ms.Claus flinch from her.

"You will stay in bed until your body recovers. Another demigod has already retrieved the relic from the tomb. Your men are fine, but you are injured." You knew better than to defy your mother, so you laid back and cleared your mind. As you did, you could feel power in your back similar to a relic. Not saying anything, you sent some of your energy into them, tracing the marks on your back to see what was happening.

They felt like tattoos, the first one a large tree that covered your whole back. It had green leaves all over it. At the bottom of the tree stood a man in armor sitting in front of a fire. The fire both kept him warm and soothed any pains from the cold. On his shoulder sat a bird of some kind and to his left sat a canine. Behind him sat a bear helping to keep him warm. It was then that you noticed you could sense living things now. Plants and animals. For once, you didn't just sense ****. You could sense life! Meaning the tattoos held power like a relic as well. Focusing more, you could hear birds chirping but instead it sounded like they were talking like people. You had a few new powers to train in, it seemed. Then there was the armor. You focused on it and felt like it could be pulled forth to become physical. Great, this meant you had to master a lot of new powers but, they would make life easier once they had been mastered.

After finishing your silent inspection of your new powers, you looked around and noticed all the Gods had left. That was when Thomas entered and looked at you. In a quick movement, he was by your side and then smacked you upside the head.

"YOU FUCKING IDIOT! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING!? YOU WERE COVERED IN BURNS! DO YOU THINK JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE HALF GOD YOU'RE IMMUNE TO ****!?"

Had it been anyone else, you would have killed them on the spot, but, since it was Thomas, you just started laughing.

"Come on! My mother is a goddess of ****! I know I can die.", you said as you sat up and you focused on the warmth of your fire tattoo, trying to heal your body. Instead, it gave you a full conditioning of your body. Which meant you had no skills in healing yet, but, hey, you'd get there. Thomas took this opportunity to smack you again, ruining your focus.

You glared at him. "Really, man?"

"Yes, you fucking asshole! You had me worried! So, now, you're stuck with me as your sidekick!", he declared.

Your first thought was, oh fuck, what did he do now? He answered your unspoken question the next moment.

"I found a way to be able to fight along side you as a supernatural being!"
