John's lasted invention was the BFE or Bodily Fluid Exacerbater. It looked like a slim remote, but it had 7 buttons. When the remote was pointed at someone, and a button was pushed, it made the person exude a bodily fluid: there were buttons that made a person sweat, produce snot, drool, piss themselves, a woman's pussy to leak, a man to ejaculate, and a lactating woman's breasts to leak milk. As long as the button was pressed, the person would keep producing the bodily fluid that corresponded to the button.
