Alexa awoke, feeling a pain in her bladder. Confused where she was, and the fact that she heard voices in the room next door, it took her a second to remember she was at Carol's. Right. The pillow beckoned her back to sleep, but the audible voices kept her awake.
"What if she's awake babe..." The masculine, deep voice said. It was Paul's voice, undoubtedly.
"She isn't. I just checked. Out like a light. Come on." A sultry voice said, which Alexa realized was Carol's.
They weren't...oh god. Why did she have to wake up right when they wanted to have sex!?!? Alexa bit her lip, and turned into the pillow. Back to sleep it was. Her bladder could wait.
A moan came through the house, then another. Routine slapping soon followed, and Alexa realized even the padding of the pillow couldn't protect her ears. Not able to find her headphones, she tried using two pillows to hide herself from the noise, and focus on not having an accident. They helped, and slowly, Alexa realized they had stopped. Putting the pillows down, she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Round 2?" Paul's voice said.
"Fuck, yes." Carol said, as they went back to their moans and rhythmic movement. Alexa covered her head with the pillow again, still failing at blocking the noise at all.
Alexa felt her bladder stirring, and she squeezed her legs together. She could hold out. Squeezed legs shut, pillows over the ears.
She could not hold out. A loud feminine moan broke her concentration, and before Alexa knew what was happening, she felt pee filling the diaper. Thankfully, it was just pee.
