Auris

You give the three women a quick tour of the ship, making sure to skip over boring parts such as the armory and engine room. Afterwards, you introduce them to Kalis and Vel and show them the crew quarters and tell them, "We only have three rooms on the ship, and they're currently all taken. I've got some folding cots I could set up, though, so I hope you won't mind sharing the rooms with the crew."

After a quick glance at her companions, Lendra whispers to you, "I think Auris should stay with you." Taking your arm in her hand, she leads you a few steps further away from everyone else. She has a very soft touch. "Auris doesn't, uh.... she doesn't like clones," she says in a low voice. Lendra smiles at you apologetically. You give her a warm smile as you say, "She can stay with me, it won't be a problem." Lendra quietly mouths "thank you" before turning back to her friends. "Okay," she says cheerily, "I guess I'll stay with Vel. Jansyn, why don't you stay with... Kalis, is it? I'm sure you two will get along great!"

Looking a bit uncertain, Auris hefts a travel pack in both arms and says, "I guess I'll stay with you, then? If that's okay?" You smile. "Of course. It would be my pleasure." Auris smiles at you meekly as she heads into your quarters. Jansyn flashes a rueful look at you before following Kalis into her quarters and Lendra gives you a toothy smile before sauntering into Vel's room.

Deciding that Auris could probably use some help getting settled in, you head into your own quarters, shutting the door behind you.
