The following morning, when I wake up and go downstairs, I see Athena already. She is at the kitchen table eating some toast. Just like yesterday, she is clothed in just her underwear.

“Well enough.” Athena tells me. She then stands up and walks to the toaster. “Want me to put in some toast for you too?” She asks.

“Sure.” I say. “Not making eggs today?”

“Why would I?” Athena replies. “Yesterday you made clear you didn’t like my eggs.”
