At the hospital.

Margaret examines the white substance. "What is this?"

Alex gives out a sinister grin. "It's just something I develop in my lab. The pill I give you is a lot more effective than consuming a large-quantities of fertility pills." She glides her hand on Margaret's stomach. "Your stomach will never be flat again, when you consume my wonderful pills." She giggle. "I'll explain how it works. One of the pill is a potent fertility **** and it'll **** your ovaries to drop eight ovum every ten minutes. The second one is very special, it'll alter your ovum to split like a cell. One ovum will be two, two will be four and four will be eight. This process will continue to split, until one of Matt's sperm enter an ovum. By the time you're discharge from the hospital, you'll have enough ovum to repopulate the planet twice."

Margaret quickly debate. "That's considerate of you to help, but I made a promise to Matt. I need to overdose myself on fertility pill and it wouldn't be fair if I broke my promise."
