Ask where you fit in to her lifestyle.

"If you want to be a baby then why are you going out with me?" You ask. "Where do I fit in with this lifestyle?"

Sarah looks nervous, like she's scared to answer. "I was hoping, eventually, that you would be a baby with me."

"What?" you ask. "Like wear diapers and sleep in a cot?"

"Yes." She say weakly.

You picture a future where you are crawling around in diapers with Sarah. "That's crazy."

"Maybe if you gave it a chance." She looks like she's about to cry. "You might like it."

You pull her into a hug. "I'm sorry. I'm just having trouble processing this."

"I didn't like it at first." She explains. "Tanya blackmailed me into wearing diapers and I hated it."

"What?" you ask. "But you're best friends."

"We weren't in college. Not at first." Sarah says. "I always got better marks than her and she was jealous. She wanted to knock me down a peg."

You look at her in shock.

"But as she treated me more and more like a baby it started becoming genuinely motherly." She continues. "And I found that I liked being taken care of like that."

"And that's how you two became so close?" You ask.

She nods.
