Ask what time he finishes

As Andy picks up the empties from your table, you slide your hand over his to keep him there for a moment longer.

“So, what time do you get out of here then?”

“Usually out by half eleven, why, want to let me hear those springs then?” he asks looking straight at you, his eyes betraying his desire to do more than hear springs.

“Maybe.” You look at your watch, seeing it’s already close to ten now, so that would only be an hour and half to wait, but you know it’s unfair to make plans without asking Lucy, so turning to her you add, “unless you still want to hit that club, we could go down there and see how it goes, I could always pop back when Andy finishes.”
