Ask to meet at your place.

The weekend arrives, and you’re ready to meet up with the Tina. You think it’s fun giving her a hard time, so you decide to mess with her. You shoot her a text: “hey, when are you picking up your stuff?”

“Oh hey,” she replies.

A few minutes pass by and you don’t hear anything else from her. You message her back: “That’s it?”

“Sorry, I already made plans this weekend. But we can still meet up if you want to get it out of the way.”

You find yourself disappointed, and you quickly reply, “wow.”

“I’m at Jeff’s house. I can’t just leave him to see another guy!”

Jeff? You know of him, but you didn’t know anything about him. Tina hangs out with him? It’s kind of annoying that you’d have to drive to her. Maybe this was a mistake. Or, maybe you can figure out a way to turn the situation to your advantage. Maybe you can get Tina for yourself. Either way, you need to decide if you’ll go to Jeff’s house.
