Arrive back in California

The rest of the trip went slowly due to the terrible weather that struck through the south of America. Torrential rain and thunderstorms delayed Mark and made his arrival back in California much later than he would have hoped.

His parents were quite happy to see him again, taking up most of his time when he arrived home. They were disappointed that he would be leaving again shortly to head to New York for Tiffany but also thankful he would be there for Christmas.

The hardest thing was letting Winter know that he wouldn’t be going to Hawaii to see her. Mark chose not to give her a reason why, not wanting to admit to her that he had chosen another girl over her.

What was much more pleasant was his phone call to Tiffany, the day before Christmas Eve.

Mark: Guess what? I’m coming to New York, I’ve booked my plane ticket

Tiffany; That’s wonderful! I’m so happy you’re coming. Did you book for the 28th?

Mark: Sure did, are you sure it’s fine by your parents for me to stay at your place?

Tiffany: Of course it is silly, I’ll text you the address but you probably won’t need it anyway because I’ll just pick you up from JFK.

Mark: Easy, looking forward to seeing you again.

It was all set up for a nice holiday, Mark and Tiffany in New York City over New Years Eve, the perfect chance to finally have sex together.
