Joe) figures - and their very own Baroness. Having measured the successes and failures encountered in the creation of Serpentor, Doctor Mindbender has a new plan for a perfect leader. He would combine the DNA of women revered for their beauty and seductiveness - as well as intelligence and political acumen. With them he would create the new Cobra Empress. She would bend Serpentor and Cobra Commander to her will, focusing their strategic and scientific minds to the victory of Cobra. She would also be a brilliant manipulator of the politics and intrigue - and no doubt bend many other world leaders to her seductive will.
