I immediately stepped away from the telescope, but it was too late. She had seen me. When I heard the phone ring, I hesitantly picked it up.

Before I could even say hello, she broke in. "You sick fuck! How long have you been spying on us girls, huh?"

"Do you want me to call the cops? Maybe I should just call my boyfriend, have him sort you out. Do you want that, you weirdo?" she yelled into the receiver.

Suddenly I remembered where I had seen her before.

"So this boyfriend of yours... how long you been going out with him?" I said, my nerve picking up.

"What the fuck is it to you, prick?" came her harsh reply.

"Well, maybe he'd like to know about what you and your room mate were doing a couple of nights ago, hmmm?"
