Another target

As the women hurry out, you hear some laughter, and turn to see a bemused woman.

She is wearing a strapless top, which gives you an idea. Still gripping the sapphire, you concentrate on her: "This woman will put her top down to her waist then not realize she did it. She will not realize her breasts are on display unless a police officer tells her or she gets home."

The woman pulls her top down to her waist then sips her coffee as if she did not just expose her breasts to the bar.
