Another clue

A few kids want to leave and a few think the cops should investigate two girls being attacked and bound. The general consensus is no cops as you all get in trouble. Bill being near the oldest of the crowd (and legal to drink) takes charge. His sister Ashley and a few other girls have gotten Amber re-dressed. Amber is leaning against Bobby and Karen has her head nuzzled into your chest. Joe finds the cell that sent the text near your van. It has a girly cover. Karen is sure she could smell a girly perfume from her attacker and that she was a taller girl. Josh and Arron are both about only 5' 6''. While it looks like Josh and Arron aren't as guilty as it first appears, they aren't considered innocent yet either. The crowd is indecisive as to what to do next.
