Your sister has developed an affinty for crushing nuts under her feet during the last few minutes, and decides to stick to what she knows.
She stands to your side and once again you see the now familiar sight of her lifting her foot above your babymakers, and watch in almost slow motion as her bare sole slams down onto your man eggs.
Rightie splats under her heel before being grinded into pulp in something resembling the 'putting out a cigarette' motion, before she plants the remainder of her foot on leftie. She once again gets onto her tippy toes and lifts her other leg into the air.
The weight is too much for the fragile orb and it bursts spectacularly underneath her foot.
You scream the entire time, but to no use. You are drowned out by the shower and to anyone listening you could be mistaken for a girl singing badly while washing.
As your vision becomes a haze, you see and hear your naked sister crouch down beside you before whispering "thank you" in your ear and kissing you on the forehead softly.
They never did repair your balls.
