Another Day in Susi’s Skin

The morning sunlight streamed through the window, casting golden patterns across the room. You stirred, momentarily disoriented, before the memories of yesterday flooded back. Stretching out in the bed, you could feel the muscles of Susi's athletic frame tense and then relax.

Getting out of bed, you walked over to her wardrobe. Choosing an outfit was a completely different experience in this body. You picked a pair of snug-fitting jeans and a t-shirt that highlighted her athletic build. As you dressed, you took a moment to admire yourself in the mirror. Susi's long blond hair fell gracefully over her shoulders, and you took a moment to brush it out, enjoying the silky sensation.

Downstairs, the aroma of coffee wafted through the air. Gabriel, Susi’s brother, was in the kitchen. “Morning, sis,” he greeted you with a smile. "Got a big game this weekend, right?"

"Yeah," you replied, playing along. "I've been practicing hard."

He gave you a nod of approval. "Well, just remember not to push yourself too hard. You're a great player, but remember to take breaks."

You thanked him for the advice and grabbed a cup of coffee. As you sipped, you pondered on how to navigate Susi's life for the day. Her phone buzzed with a message from Kaya, reminding you of a meet-up they had planned.

Meeting with Kaya and the others would be an excellent opportunity to strengthen your cover as Susi. However, it also meant that you would be under constant scrutiny from those who knew Susi best.

On your way to school, Vanessa B approached, her eyes betraying no sign of yesterday's events. "Hey, Susi," she greeted you, her voice neutral, but the way she looked at you was that of someone who knew more than they were letting on.

School passed in a blur. Every interaction felt like a test of your knowledge, every conversation a potential pitfall. But with Vanessa B’s passive support and the memories you had, you managed to navigate through.

During break, you chatted with Milla and Kaya. They laughed, shared stories, and talked about upcoming games and plans. They remarked how "chill" Susi seemed today, to which you just chuckled.

However, as the day wore on, you felt a growing sense of unease. The mask of Susi felt tight, restrictive. You craved a moment alone, a chance to stretch and breathe.

Once school ended, you made your way home, locking the door to Susi’s room. Slowly, you began to pull at the edges of the skin, stretching it away from your face and body, gasping at the relief it brought. The sensation was addicting, feeling the elastic pull and watching it snap back into place. This bizarre act of liberation was interrupted by a knock on the door. It was Gabriel.

"Susi, everything okay in there?"

You quickly composed yourself. "Yeah, just... tired from the day. I'll be out in a bit."

As the evening settled in, you wondered about the days to come. Living life as Susi was thrilling, but the challenges were mounting. How long could you keep this up?
