Announcing the winners

After 6 couples in total perfomed, the audience got the chance to vote for whose performance they enjoyed the most. You, with Lydia and the other competitors, stand on stage, pretty confident.

"Remember" Isabella explains, "The winners win an all expenses paid dinner at a restaurant not far from here, and get to choose something from the exhibition for free."

Then the votes are collected and counted. Meanwhile, Isabella reveals another suprise. "Now, while videos and photgraphs were forbidden, we took the freedom to record your performances on stage, so just reach out if you want the video for private..or public appreciation."
Lydia smiles. "Oh, this is gonna be perfect!" You can only imagine that John was gonna be watching that video a lot in the future.

Then, finally, the votes are counted. Second and third place are anounced, then the final one.
"The winners of our competition are..." Isabella opens an envelope.
"Lydia and Ethan!"
The audience cheers, and before you know it, Lydia is around your neck, hugging you. For a second you only smell her hair, she smells like candles on a cold winter night.
Then Isabella walks over. "Now, I´m afraid the prize is bound to your name, so you´re gonna have to take this fine man to the restaurant instead of your boyfriend...but I´m sure he doesnt mind."
Again, the audience cheers. Lydia thanks Isabella, then she takes a bow, laughing, and you leave stage, tickets for the restaurants, as well as the gift card for the convention in hand.

While Lydia goes to talk with John, you walk other to Hailey.
"Ethan" she says, smiling shyly, "Congratulations"
"Thank you. And thank you for bringing us here, on purpose or not. Come, lets browse a littel bit."
You grab her hand, surprising yourself, but you´re in high spirits.
