Ann has the advantage.

Ink kept trying to secure Ann's wrists in the handcuffs, but Ann was too good with her own weapon. She was able to slap Ink's hand away with it again and again until finally the cuffs went flying out of her hand.

Ink cursed and moved in closer, to try to grapple Ann. This was not such a great idea because Ann was taller and had a reach advantage to begin with, not to mention the giant pink rubber fist she was swinging like a club. Ink copped a smack on the head that stunned her momentarily. Ann moved in fast, but Ink managed to shove her away and Ann came away holding Ink's bikini top.
