Anita resumes the game

Anita finally tore her gaze away from the clock and cleared her throat loudly.

"Time's up!" she announced, her voice slightly huskier than she intended.

Allison and Jo broke apart slowly, their lips lingering for a fraction longer than necessary. The blindfolded girl exhaled shakily, her cheeks flushed darker than her deep brown skin usually allowed. Jo, for her part, looked dazed, her fingers brushing against her own lips as if trying to memorize the sensation.

"Well," Cathy breathed, "that was... educational."

The twins burst into giggles again, their faces pink with excitement. Suki shifted in her seat, her thighs pressing together tightly.

Allison reached up and tugged the makeshift blindfold off, blinking as her eyes adjusted to the light. She glanced around the circle, her gaze lingering on Jo for a heartbeat too long before she cleared her throat. "Okay, okay, dare complete. My turn now."

She took a deep breath, scanning the faces of the other girls. Her eyes landed on Suki, who was sitting with her legs primly crossed, her delicate fingers clutching her cup of punch like a lifeline.

"Suki," Allison said, a slow smirk spreading across her lips. "Truth or dare?"

The petite Japanese girl startled slightly, her dark eyes widening. "Oh. Um..." She hesitated, glancing around at the others. Cathy gave her an encouraging nod, while the twins leaned forward eagerly.

"Dare," Suki finally whispered, her voice barely audible.
