Mel's face changes from a shock to pure anger. She looks like she changed her entire mood within a few seconds.

She runs at Jake trying to grab his balls with her hand, Jake manages to block this attack but isn't fully prepared for her other hand slapping him in the face hard. The damage of the slap does seem to have somewhat of an impact on Jake and he moves back. "Wow, by looking at her before I would not have expected her to be this strong" he thinks but Jake's ego makes him think otherwise "She got one good attack in, time to pound her privates and wrap this up".

Mel runs at Jake once more, Jake should definitely.
