Angela

Angela seemed like the best choice.

Even at the time, it had felt like you had left a lot unsaid between the both of you and with what Claire had said about her you really wanted to talk to her.

Finding her wasn’t exactly hard, you had noticed a while ago that she seemed to always be as far away from the Pastor as she could be at any given time during the day. You never used to think anything of it but it seems obvious to you now that she had been doing it to reduce the risk of ever having to confront his infidelity.

Since you knew the Pastor himself was in the main office you took a guess that Angela would be down in the church itself.

As you headed that way you wondered how you should approach her, playing dumb was out of the question but if you came on too strong she might pull away from you forever. Yet you felt that the time for games and talking around things had passed.
