An old friend

When Naruto had made his way to the Hokage tower once more and entered the room, the first thing he saw was a familiar red head. "Hey Gaara! Nice to see you, man!", Naruto greeted his friend enthusiastically and tried to highfive him, a gesture which Gaara only hesitatingly returned... not his kind of greeting. But the Kazekage was obviously happy to see him, too.

Tsunade patiently waited until they had greeted each other properly, then she adressed Naruto. "Good, you're here Naruto. That saves me the trouble of finding you.", she said in an important-sounding voice.

"What is it, Tsunade-obaa-chan?", Naruto asked. She looked quite serious now, so he too turned serious to the matter at hand.

"There are a few topics we need to discuss... like, for example, where would you and your wives live? You can't stay with them in your apartment after all...", Tsunade said. Narutos eyes widened, and he scratched his chin a bit... true, he hadn't considered this at all. Seeing this reaction, Tsunade sighed. "You haven't even thought about that, right?, she asked.

"Nah, not really...", Naruto admitted sheepishly. Tsunades hand went up to rub her temples once more... this guy was supposed to be responsible for an entire harem of women?

"Yamatos unique abilities will enable him to quickly make you and your wives a suitable home, just outside the cities barriers. We have already secured some landspace, so that your clan will have enough room for expansion for the next few generations. However... for now, we'll only build the mainhouse where you and your new family will life.", Tsunade explained. Naruto nodded in response... wow, this all seemed awfully well thought out. He didn't mind moving out, after all, he hadn't really cleaned up his old apartment for months now... and Kin had noticed.

"Since you're supposed to move in there in two days, we need some time there. And information about the number of the girls you intend to marry.", Tsunade said, and took a deep breath before asking the next question. "So, just how many girls have you asked so far?"

"Well, let's see... Haruno Sakura-chan, Yamanaka Ino-chan, Tayuya-chan, Hyuuga Hinata-chan, Ayame-chan, Mitarashi Anko-sensei, Tenten-chan, Haku-chan, Tsuchi Kin-chan and now Inuzuka Hana-chan, too. A total of ten, so far.", Naruto surmised. Tsunade sweatdropped a bit, not only were there so many, no, but also could he easily remember all of them. Even Gaara looked a little spooked.

"That's quite a bunch you got there, Naruto. It doesn't surprise me at all, but I hope you can keep up with them, because more than a half of them doesn't seem all that easy to me.", Tsunade surmised, and that's exactly what Naruto feared, too. But then again, he wasn't one to back down from a challenge, no matter what.

"For organizations sake, I gotta tell you that you may only today look for more girls, otherwise it's gonna be tough to fit others in to our planning.", Tsunade said. Naruto didn't mind that, but he was a little concerned if there would be anyone he forgot, she would feel left out. "Alright, I understand...", he answered.

Tsunade nodded. "Very well... the Kazekage also wanted to speak you in private about something related to that, and I believe Priestess Shion was also interested in meeting you again... she is out to a temple of our village, and she will return soon, so you better not go anywhere.", she told him and turned back towards the stack of papers on her desk... Naruto noted it was a lot more than usual, so apparently, his marriage was causing her more work, too.

But first things first, he walked out of the door with Gaara. He noted that Gaara looked a little upbeat today, he was smiling constantly today, even if it was not a big smile, it was a smile. So, when they were alone out in the hallway, Naruto decided to ask him. "What is it, Gaara? You seem unusually happy today...", he asked his friend.
