An intruder

Ash quickly began cleaning up the scene, going into double time when he heard footsteps outside the tent.

?Hey, is Hazel in there?? Lily called from outside.

?No just me and, uh, the black one,? said Ash. Of all the times to forget a bitch's name, he though.

?I can't find Hazel... hold on I'm coming in.? She said.

?You don't have to do that.? Ash said, but she ignored him as he heard the tent unzipping. He was just finishing putting Violet's pants back on when Lily came in.

?What the fuck, Ash?? Lily exclaimed upon seeing him. ?Violet? Violet!!?? Lily tried to shake her friend awake. ?Ash, what is wrong with her??

?She's asleep.? Ash said casually.

?Bullshit! What happened here? Why were you messing with her pants? Were you going to... take advantage?? Lily asked, disgusted.

?Hell no, she was awake when I fucked her.? Ash said. Lily tried more forcefully to wake Violet up. She stirred a little but would not regain consciousness. ?Look,? Ash said. ?You promised I could get laid if I bought you beer, so I got laid. That's all you need to know.... Shit, she won't even remember.?

?You roofied my fucking best friend? Did you at least use a condom??

?Of course.? Ash lied. ?And she won't remember anything.?

Knowing she couldn't turn her cousin in, Lily started to acquiesce. ?Fine. Fine. See if I ever invite you to anything again... Oh yeah, the reason I came here in the first place-- Do you know where Hazel is??

?Last saw her a few hours ago in the woods. I figured she was with you.?

?Ash! What the fuck is wrong with you??

?I'm sure she'll turn up.? Ash said, laying down to sleep. Lily tried to roust him for a brief while before abandoning that endeavor as hopeless. Then she went to the other tent and informed the others of how long Hazel had been missing.

Shortly thereafter Lily and Rowan went racing off with Angie waddling halfheartedly behind them. They made it about 50 yards into the blackness before Lily stepped in a divot and badly sprained her ankle. Rowan was **** to carry her back to camp where they reevaluated the folly in charging off into the woods in the middle of the night.

Finding Hazel would have to wait until sunrise.
