An animatronic bear?

The Entrance Hall was a little bigger than you anticipated, with a large circular door in front of you, which must have been the exit. You'd probably have done a little more exploring to see if you could escape this place through it, if it weren't for what was standing between you and the only way out.

You easily recognize this bear as Monokuma, a 'toy' bear being controlled by the main villain of the Danganronpa series. That's why this school was so familiar...you were inside the main setting of Dangan!

"Hello there, Sam! My name is Monokuma and I am this school's head master! I bet you're wondering where you are, huh?" You shuffle uncomfortable at the possibility of being INSIDE of a video game but give a slight nod so he'll continue. "Well I personally trapped you inside this game to spice it up a little! And the only way to escape is by...collecting these! Hope fragments!"

The bear held out some crystal item in his metal paw, showing it off. "And in order to get these, you need to bond with another character in the game in a...spiritual level. Once you've bonded and gotten all the hope fragments from every girl then I'll let you leave! Though there are a few set rules you probably want to know about:

"One: Let's get straight to the point. You both have to get NAKED! Yes, I said it, NAKED! And not just one of you, but both! I'll be doing my...own help in order to ensure that this happens so don't worry about you being the only one that follows suit. I just suggest you show it all of to your friend asap cuz it's going to happen either way! Don't worry though, you'll get a good view of her too whether she likes it or not!

"Two: You'll have to do more than just strip yourself and your partner. Afterwards you must do some sort of event, depending on what girl it is, to ensure that you've really truly bonded! Whether that bonding involves you both bare your butts in front of the whole school so you're 'blush bonding' together or if she gives you a quick jerky jerk...it all depends on who you're with!"

You feel a blush creep on your face at what Monokuma was telling you...get naked in front of a bunch of girls you've seen on your television screen? Not to mention see them bare too! Your face was a deep color of red at the possibility of such humiliating situations but you didn't have much of a choice, did you? You can't spend the rest of your life in this place! "F-fine..."

"Great!" Monokuma grins mischievously. "Now just think of any girl is your favorite and you'll start with them!"
