Amber Sundreamer: Jedi Knight

The war against the Sith was a brutal one, and seeing so many comrades fall had made you shut yourself off from others, making you seem cold to many of the people you met. However, you did care deeply about the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order, and you would be willing to lay down your life for either one.

That sentiment would be pushed to the limits when you received orders to return to Coruscant and take on an apprentice. Under normal circumstances, it would be bad enough having some brat follow you around and having you train them, but with the Order's new initiative to increase numbers, it was going to be even more annoying. You didn't begrudge the Council for making that hard and necessary decision. The war against the Sith had taken so many fellow Jedi, but you didn't look forward to letting some young Padawan have sex with and impregnate you.

With those thoughts in mind, you were less than enthusiastic when you entered the chamber to select your Padawan. Before you were your three choices of three different species. A human, a purple-skinned Mirialan, and a black-furred Wookie.

The human's name was Gavin Frewod, a boy awkward in speech and action, but with much energy, excelling at telekinesis. Although he threw himself into his lightsaber practice with boundless energy, he had no particular skill at it. It didn't help that he was not very good looking.

The Mirialan was called Bureel Huili, and he was tall, handsome, with traditional geometric tattoos on his face. He was adept at all different aspects of his training, graceful and calm.

Finally was the Wookie, Saberrach. He was huge, towering over the other two Initiates, and even Amber herself, and broad across the shoulders. He was a ferocious warrior, having escaped from a Sith laboratory in his youth before finding his way to the Jedi Order.
