Amanda's Secret Hideout

Amanda leads The deputy's horse along the dirt rut towards Saint-John Church. With in the hour the horse is breathing hard so Amanda slows down to a trot. Amanda spots the spire of the church, twenty minutes more and she inside the town limits, walking the horse Amanda spots the tell tale sign of another horse being rode into town.

Alert, Amanda comes towards the church from behind, there tied up is a roan color horse, complete with saddle bags. A 'JMJR' brand on the front of them. Amanda swears to herself

'Damn he found me"

Tying the horse beside the other Amanda gingerly makes her way to the side window. glancing in the outline of a man in a chair facing the front door. No sign of a rifle on either side of the chair. Going to the roan, Amanda borrows a cast iron fry pan.

Returning to the window, Amanda braces the window open by jamming the pan between the bottom of the window and the sill. Getting in Amanda closes the window taking the fry pan as a weapon. Soon Amanda creeps her way behind the man.
