Alternative stroyline starts here: Encounters after Encounter so on

the next morning the sound ninja stop walking "Sasuke i think this is far enough. we already passed the leaf village" the blue haired ninja says

"so whats up?" sasuke asks.

"Orochimaru gave us a very important task to take care of when we reach this point, and that is you must die, just this once, you must take one of these awakening pills, they will make your curse mark stronger, but to do this you must die for a few hours, but you don't have two worry that's why me and my friends are here" the blue hair ninja hands sasuke the pills "We'll cast a barrier ninjutsu to lesson the effect of the transition. instead of dieing you'll only be suspended in a state of half **** for a while"

"they work for Orochimaru, and by the looks of it they just came from the Leaf village" the leaf ninja with a scar on his face.

"and Shisui is with them" the other leaf ninja with a toothpick in his mouth. but right as the words came out of his mouth Shisui hits both leaf ninja in the chest slowing down there heartbeats. as Shisui hit the Leaf ninja with the toothpick he slips a note into his shirt.

"wow you got a lot stronger and faster since the exam and i can see why Orochimaru wants you to work with him" Tayuya says.

"yep a lot has changed since then, but right now is not the time to talk, I have a feeling more leaf ninja are coming" Shisui says before he starts walking again.

A few minutes later Shizune and another leaf ninja show up (but Shisui and the sound ninja are gone) Shizune sees them on the ground and runs over to them and checks there hartbeat and they are beating slow "this isn't good" she says as she start to heal them.

"both of them taken down. it's impossible. i'm going Shizune. i'm going to find them and make them pay" the other leaf ninja says.

"no you wont" shizune says.

"she's right. they were the four ninjas that work for Orochimaru. and the one to do this to us was Shisui and he took us down with one move" the leaf ninja with a toothpick says as he moves his hand inside his shirt "and he left this note when he hit me" Shizune takes the note and reads it.

Shisui and the four sound ninja are taking a rest " two of my trip wires have been tripped" Kidomaru says so Shisui jumps in a tree and wait for the traps to be set. the first one is set when the blue haired sound ninja throws a kunai with explosive seal on it sending Shikamaru and Neji flying out of the bushes.

"well well i thought i was flushing a snake out of the bush. but all i got was a couple of mice" the blue sound ninja says.

"wait a minute. calm down. we came here to negotiate not to fight. can't we talk this over like reasonable people" Shikamaru asks

"ha don't forget about your friends shall we" Kidomaru says. sending Naruto, Kiba, and choji flying out of the trees. but as they are falling to the ground Kiba throws a smoke bomb that shikamaru uses to use his shadow possession jutsu to keep the sound ninja from moving.

''yeah that's right you aren't the only ones that can spring a trap. and thanks for making me look good in front of the team" shikamaru says.

"very impressive. but we have someone on are side that see all your moves before you make them" Tayuya says with a evil smile on her face.

"what do you mean sasuke is in the box and he can't see any of this" neji says. at the same time Shisui throws three kunai at shikamaru making him lose his focus on his jutsu and lets the sound ninja free. which in return gets them captured.

Shisui jumps out from where he threw the kunais and walks to the sound ninja "ok i think we should get going" Shisui says and looks at the orange haired ninja that captured Naruto and the rest of the group "when you are done with them catch up" Shisui said as he walks away with the rest of the sound ninja.

A little later on " jirobo is pretty late isn't he" the blue haired ninja says" he was but he just arrived" kidomaru says

" well it's about time. what took you so long?" Shisui asks?

"sorry it took longer than I thought to eat all that losers chakra" Jirobo said, before he looks at Shisui and seems surprised to see him. and Shisui senses this and put his hand on a kunai that he has hidden.

"listen fatso don't slow us down so you can eat more. you see that coffin. you're the one who suppose to be carrying it. so do you job you slob" Tayuya says.

"ok" jirobo says

"well well jirobo aren't you of awfully easy going today" the blue haired ninja says.

"yeah so what?" Jirobo says.

Everyone stops "Well it's just that i'm not going to be handing you over this coffin to you because you're not the real Jirobo" Kidomaru said before throwing the coffin at Tayuya " you all go on i'll catch up"

(forty five minutes later) "still no sign of Jirobo or Kidomaru. they must have ran into more trouble then they expected" Sakon says.

"who cares about them. it's Orochimaru i'm more worried about. it's taken us more then a whole day and still only one third of the transition process is complete" Tayuya says "hold on a second""are we almost there? " Sakon asks.

"no we still have a ways to go, but take a look" Tayuya says and Sakon looks behind them and sees naruto kiba and Shikamaru are standing in a tree branch behind them "and now of course now we need them they are not here"

"sorry just us" naruto says "wait i know that jacket it can't be" Shisui turns around " Shisui what are you doing with the sound ninj?a"

"Enough talking Shisui and Tayuya take sasuke and get out of here" Sakon says and they both try to leave but Shikamaru uses his shadow possession jutsu on Tayuya as naruto grabs the coffin and naruto, kiba and shikamaru run away with the coffin with Shisui and Sakon chasing after them.

Shisui notices that Akamaru is setting up bombs and Sakon runs right into them and sets one off but he survives and starts chasing after Akamaru, but Akamaru slips on a tree branch right next to a bomb and Sakon throws a wire that ties him up, the bomb starts to catch on fire and kiba jumps to save Akamarul

So Kiba jumps on the tree branch and goes to unties the wire but the bomb goes off as Sakon is jumping onto the same tree " Akamaru, Kiba" naruto yells as Sakon, Kiba and Akamaru fall down into a giant crevasse below the tree.

At this time while Naruto and Shikamaru weren't paying attention Shisui jumped up be hind them and said "i'm sorry i have to do this. but it's the only way" before hitting them knocking them both out. Shisui put a note in Shikamarus pocket.

A minute later Tayuya shows up "where's Sakon" she asks.

Shisui points down to the crevasse "He fell down there after a bomb went off" he says before grabbing the coffin "we better get going. we don't want to wast anymore time" Tayuya shakes her head in agreement before they jump away

A few minutes later Kankuro and Temari arrive "what happened here? they are out cold but they don't have a single bruise on them, who or what could have done this?" Temari asks.

"i have a idea who did this but you aren't going to like it" Kankuro said looking down at Naruto and Shikamaru.

"who did it?" Temari asked.

" Shisui he's the only one that we know who could do this " Kankuro said.

" no Shisui would never do this unless he had a good reason" Temari said in disbelief.

" we'll it's either he did this or he was ****, remember the mission was to bring Sasuke back, maybe they threatened to hurt sasuke if he didn't attack these two" Kankuro said pointing at Naruto and Shikamaru "but what doesn't add up to it is why Shisui isn't here"

"that doesn't matter right now we need to get these three back to the leaf village" Gaara said after he jumped up to Kankuro and Temari carrying Kiba and Akamaru. Temari and Kankuro nod in agreement before they pick up naruto and shikamaru before leaving.

Shisui and tayuya are walking. when all of a sudden the coffin that Shisui is carrying with sasuke in it starts to smoke "wow. what the hell? Is the awakening almost done? " Shisui asked as he set the coffin down

"yes, it won't be long now" Tayuya said with a smile on her face "it be best if we back away" so they both back away. and the coffin starts to smoke more before it explodes.

As the smoke settles sasuke is standing there laughing "haha. so this is the power he was talking about. i love it" sasuke said.

''i'm glad you're happy and everything. but we should get going just incase there's more leaf ninja following us" Tayuya said before walking off.

Sasuke turned around to Shisui "so who did they send and what happened to the other three?" Sasuke asked

"i think the other three are dead and they sent Kiba, Neji, Choji, Shikamaru and Naruto" when Shisui said Naruto Sasuke looked a little mad

"who fought Narut?o" Sasuke asked

"I did but i only knocked him out because I know you want to fight him" Shisui said simply

"good because I want to be the one to take him out" Sasuke said with a evil grin on his face. before they ran to catch up with Tayuya.- - - - - -

Back in the leaf Village Kakashi is walking out of the Hokage building. as all of Shisui girlfriends come running up "Kakashi. do you know where Shisui is? We haven't seen him in Two days do you know where he is? " Ino asked

"i know. i'm pretty much up to speed now" Kakashi said as he walks up to the girls "you all don't have to worry about a thing. just believe in Shisui "

At this time the sand Ninja are running up to them on their way to the hospital "Temari what happened to them" Sakura asks

"I can't believe i'm saying this but we think that Shisui was the one who did this to them to protect Sasuke" Temari said.

"no i don't believe that. Shisui wouldn't do this or betray the village without a good reason" Tenten said.

"that's what i said. he must have a good reason for doing this" Temari said. after saying this Kankuro tries to get a better grip of holding Shikamaru by throwing him on his shoulder. but when he did that the note Shisui put in Shikamaru pocket falls out"what's this" Sakura said as she picks up the note everyone gathers around here to look at the note "it's for Lady Tsunade from Shisui "
