Alternate Nudist Route: Homebody Edition

Some people get quirks that make just going about their day to day lives... difficult. Some people just get the short end of the stick. Maybe your skin or your eyes are incredibly sensitive to light. Maybe you have a giant quirk that you cant turn off so going into buildings or getting from place to place safely (for everyone else) just cant really happen.

Or maybe you end up like you, the guy who's only ability is to make anything you try to wear as clothes just... crumble away, unraveling into threads. The most control you've ever been able to get of this bullshit is not dusting you bedsheets, as long as you dont try to wear them. But at least you can have a blanket and a pillow at night.

You can go out in public technically, and you do when necessary. But for the sake of other people and your own embarrassment, you stay home whenever possible. Its not so bad, since entire markets have cropped up around the people whose quirks prevent them from leaving home. Food delivery is available pretty much whenever, both takeout food and just groceries. Remote work is more common now than ever. You're able to stay in shape thanks to some gym equipment in your apartments living room, not like you can hide flab under clothes so thats important.

Even some pro heroes, mostly the small-time heroes or ones that need a break from crime fighting and beating the shit out of people, do home visits on people who cant leave their houses as part of the community service aspect of their careers. Usually these visits are a few minutes long at most, consisting of someone from a hero agency going around and making sure that the person is alive and asking about any trouble in the area. These jobs were mostly given to newer heroes at agencies or occasionally even the interns depending on the person theyre checking on. Sometimes you'd get someone who took more time with the people they were checking on though, and those visits tend to be the good ones. Nothing weird after the initial surprise of meeting you, always some questions. Gotta admit it would be nice to have some notice of who is doing each visit or even when... but oh well, what can ya do.
