All is well.

“I will now connect you to Winston.” Athena said, a dialling sound followed by Tracer saying “What?” later Winston picked up.

“Hello Mercy, Tracer how are you, why do you call me?” Winston’s deep voice rumbled out of the phone. Now this was just ridiculous. “I have been worried.” Tracer shouted. “Winston what the hell?”

The monkey was surely taken aback from the sudden outburst. “I am sorry?” he asked “What has happened?”

“Well first I search for you in your lab, you aren’t there, then Athena can’t find you, then she picks up some kind of distress beacon of you and then I find a device that asks me to rescue you.” Tracer’s looked menacingly at the phone, Mercy joined her with an annoyed look herself.

A few clunking noises, some Korean and a nervous laugh later Winston began explaining. Apparently the tracker in his armour had run out of batteries so that was why Athena had lost contact with him after he didn’t come back after a mission in Spain. Instead he had gone for a detour visiting Torbjörn who had then been in Poland. On the way there he had lost the device, but didn’t feel the need to recapture it as it wasn’t that important anyway.

“And now I am in Korea and am helping Hana with some mech things.” Winston ended his tale. D.Va herself didn’t wait too long to insert herself into the conversation. “He actually is just trying to learn from my sick mech mechanic skills.” The korean said. “And I kinda need him to lift the thing now so I can access some wires in the feet, so if you want to speak to him, come over here.”

“Wait a second.” Tracer said as she suspected what D.Va was about to do. “Nah, I need to apply some buffs to my baby, hear you later.”

And with that the call ended.

Mercy chuckled a little as Tracer stared at the phone in disbelief. “Well, now you know where to go.” The Medic said. “Want to sleep here or go now? I am certain Athena can arrange something for you.”
