All Three

"Okay then,"you say. "I choose all three."

She smiled. "I thought so. Enjoy your new powers, Mr. Doe."

She waved her hand, and you felt yourself drifting to sleep once again. When you woke up, it was past 9 in the morning. At least you had the day off today because it was Saturday.

"I guess I should have known the dream was fake," you muttered. Then you sit up and realize that, sitting on your coffee table, are the three gems from your dream. You do a double take as you realize the power of the gems on your table. You remember the goddess telling you that each one had a specific power. The sapphire controlled minds, the ruby froze people, and the emerald modified bodies. You figure you might as well test a gem, so you pick up the emerald and test it.

"I want six fingers on my left hand."you say. The gem glowed warmly and your left hand grew an extra, full functioning finger!

"Woah!"you say, wiggling your new appendage. "Okay, now how do I reverse this? Maybe...take my sixth finger away?"

The finger vanished. Yep. Okay. Definitely real enough. At least one of the gems worked. Now you had to test the other two.
