Alice "negotiates"

Alice bit her lip as he sauntered over to her. She looked at the charge on the phaser. She only had three shots left on this battery. She didn't dare hope that the charge port in the ship still worked, let alone a spare cell. Its red, scaled, and scarred face flickered in the twilight of the setting Sun.
