Ali notices you

Standing again on the edge of the crowd, with a full beer, Mark stared into the pack of people, thinking of how he could approach this.

While looking at the girls, Ali some how made direct eye contact with him, turning her head to the left, seeing him there looking.

Shit, he thought to himself. Now what was he going to do.

He thought Ali might grab Tiffany and move further away from him, that would guarantee he had no chance with Tiff tonight.

Instead, she kept looking back at him before making her way over. She stumbled through the crowd, clearly pretty drunk herself.

Mark waited as Ali approached him.

“You’ve always made it pretty obvious when you’re staring at someone, haven’t you?” she said, joking with him.

It appeared that Ali was in a much better mood that the other night. Mark still looked apologetic, feeling bad for the way he made her feel.

“Look, I’m sorry about-“ he said before getting cut off.

Ali held her index finger to his lips, stopping him from speaking. He looked into her eyes as she did so, god she was a stunner. A full set of make-up made her look even hotter.

“Don’t worry about it. I know you’re super keen on Tiff. You need to go and dance with her now. If you don’t, someone else is going to get there first,” she explained to him.

It surprised him to see her talking like this, really encouraging him to go for it.

“Come on then,” she said, grabbing his hand and pulling him towards Tiffany and the others around her.

As her warm soft hand pulled him into the crowd, all he could think about was how obvious he must have made it that he liked Tiffany. Clearly he wasn’t able to hide it very well.

However, even if he had been too obvious, it didn’t matter now. They were about to approach Tiffany.
