Alexa spots someone she knows somewhere surprising

Alexa was just about to walk past CeCe's when she spotted something out of the corner of her eye, making her stop in her tracks as she did a double take.

Inside CeCe's was her best friend, Michelle West. She was walking along the aisles, smiling happily with her cart full of diapers, changing supplies, a few onesies, a stuffed elephant, and a few jars of baby food.

Alexa raised an eyebrow quizzically as she saw Michelle stopped at a sales stand with pacifiers and rattles, looking them over. Alexa knew that Michelle babysat on the side, but she remembered that this was also one of the days she usually took off. In fact, they were planning on hanging out later today. She also knew that Michelle was an only child, wasn't married, and all her younger cousins were in grade school by now.

So why was she watching Michelle place a package of pacifiers and a pink rattle into the cart?

Michelle turned around... Only to blush and go wide eyed as she saw Alexa standing there, a look of horror on her face as she saw Alexa's confused look.
