Accept Kelly's proposal

The two girls returned upstairs to change as well as briefly remove themselves from Kelly's vicinity, talking about the pros and cons about what she was asking. Kelly was offering the group a solution before the problem even had a chance to threaten their existence! But, what about this four-way mix? If two minds together felt so good, would four feel even better, and then they would want to just stay like that instead?

If they didn't do it for very long, maybe that neuroplasticity theory wouldn't apply. Maybe everyone being Beth is a smaller leap than what James and Luke had already made by getting into these bodies in the first place. They just needed to limit everything they did in that form, and it couldn't overwhelm them. It might even just be too much information to make such a mix enjoyable for long.

"Okay, we're in," Ivy said as she stepped back downstairs, followed by Beth. "Put us all in one body, and we'll go on a date tonight. It's been a busy day, but might as well jam it all in today and end it on a high note."

Kelly quirked her eyebrow as she looked at Ivy with a smile. In her mind, she was going to be making the four-minded girl sing some high notes by the end of it, for sure, but she kept that thought to herself. "Okay, then! Take a seat, put your receivers in settings mode, and then I'll use the touchscreens to do the rest."

Following Kelly's instructions, Beth and Ivy sat, and they put themselves in a mode where their faces vanished, replaced by a traditional-looking computer console screen. They sat still, though it wasn't easy with another girl practically sitting on their lap to poke at their face in order to get into various settings, going deeper into the menus than even the standard manual explained. Kelly was getting into some really bizarre settings that dictated core functionality, down to the level where if Kelly had programming talent, she could insert entirely new modes if she came up with them. But everything that they needed for now was just a tether and an evenly-distributed mix, making that what she was calling 'Kelly mode' for now.

Once the headsets had linked, Kelly activated the tether almost immediately. This mode seemed to take a while to synchronize four minds, so in the meantime, Kelly tinkered with the face settings on Beth's receiver, wanting to create a unique face for this four-person mix, combining features from all four participants into what could have been like a genetic grandchild of the four.

By the time the face was done, so was the tether! Kelly just needed to activate it...

Ivy slumped over, as Beth sat upright with a bolt, mouth opening in a big gasp for air. She looked like she had just surfaced from deep underwater, inhaling rapidly and deeply as she looked around, put hands on herself, looking down and then up to Kelly again. "It's... wow, I'm gonna need some time to get used to this." She looked down at herself once again, almost blushing as she put a hand on her hips and legs, curiously, before letting go."

"Something the matter?" Kelly asked.

"It's just... okay, so, Ivy has always been a bit envious of this body. Lucas is deeply attracted to it too. Now they're both in here... and I really, really want to get out of these clothes and look at myself right now...!"

Thoughts fluttered through Beth's mind, a cacophony of ideas that were harder to parse and process for four brains. They could already feel it--random knowledge recall was incredible, pulling off four memories! But decision-making was a bit more labored, not as snappy as it is in two minds, where that felt virtually no different from a singular mind. The mixed brain like this was a little sluggish, basically--super intelligent, but needed a little time to work through an idea.

"I would help you with that, you know," Kelly offered, trying to still sound playful but realizing that her honest attraction to this new mixed girl in front of her really threw her for a loop. She took a seat on Beth's lap, and put a hand on her shoulder as well. "We don't have to do the date part right now. We could have dessert before the main course, so to speak..."

Kelly winked. Immediately, Beth realized what Kelly was suggesting, but before she could protest, Kelly moved in to lock lips with Beth!

Helpless to restrain herself, Beth quickly gave in to the feelings that fluttered through her, shivering a bit. No one mind could dominate the mix, and to even be agreeable to a thought, two brains essentially had to be at least somewhat in favor of it. Fortunately for Kelly, all four minds seemed willing to kiss back, albeit for different reasons in their harmonized decisions. Beth's hands wrapped behind Kelly, pulling her closer, feeling an incredibly fast buildup of pleasurable sensations between her legs.

Kelly finally had nothing to say for once! But she leaned back, reaching down to pull off her shirt, and just as swiftly, she popped her bra off, showing off a pair of teardrop-shaped breasts, which seemed to jiggle and ripple at the slightest motion. Her growth spurt in the past couple years was truly remarkable in the chest... and this mixed personality inside Beth approved! Kelly blushed a little, trying to stay both confident and feeling rather self-conscious. "Would you... touch, please? This is how it goes in my dream. Beth's hands stays on my tits all day in them, and if that was all we did, I would be in heaven on that alone," Kelly nearly whispered.

Beth silently and happily obliged, her hands sliding around Kelly's front to grip at Kelly's chest, squeezing and jiggling and pinching at the nipples. Kelly leaned her head back, opening her mouth and closing her eyes as she felt like she was in bliss.

Kelly eventually spun around on Beth's lap, putting her back against Beth, so they could lay down on the couch and chat, while Beth continued to idly play with the breasts while spooning the redhead. "Mmmh... this is heaven... how do you feel, Beth?"

"I feel fine, I'm... great, actually. I kind of like this, just keeping it simple. But, I'm not Beth." Despite having Beth's body, the girl seemed to reject that identity pretty easily. "It's different when fifty-fifty. Like that, keeping a name makes sense. Like this? I'm someone else, and I could use a name to represent that."

"Hmm, well! You're my creation, so I should get naming rights." A full minute passed before Kelly picked one. "Brooke? How does Brooke sound? Still a B-name, but it's just pretty. it's hard to smash four names together into something that doesn't sound goofy."

"Brooke... sure. I'll be Brooke like this." The newly-minted Brooke nodded in affirmation.
