You figure it's best to get a move on! Afterall the longer you hang around in the dorm the more chance there is of bumping into Broden, or Maisie, or Grace or Adrian....Even by yourself your cheeks begin to burn relaising you've fucked four of the five dorm-mates you've met in less than 24 hours. And the fifth dorm-mate is a dinosaur!
You jump out of the shower and begin getting dressed hurriedly. Underwear followed by jeans and jumper followed by a white t shirt that’s got small red stripes across the shoulders. To finish you slip on some comfortable trainers. There’s no time to bother putting your hair up so it falls over your face. Luckily you had already packed your morning rucksack yesterday afternoon.
With your hair still wet you hurry downstairs nearly bumping into Maisie. She gives you a little smirk at you.
Before she can say anything, you give a hurried excuse for not stopping and are out into the fresh air.
Thankfully it’s still quite early. Only a handful of people are milling around the main quadrangle, the sun having just risen and giving the sleepy campus a new lease of life. You breathe deeply enjoying the crisp early morning air.
You don't have long to enjoy the morning before you begin rushing again towards the IST Department. Shoubu is the size of a small city and has its own internal transit system including a metro. There's a coffee shop near the entrance and you figure you'll have just enough time to get a cup and still make it to the IST Department for induction.
Given your experiences with your own dorm you are conscious of keeping your eyes open for any more weirdness. But as you hurry towards your nearest metro entrance -‘King-Mate Station’- you see only throngs of ordinary students.
Shoubu’s magic reasserts itself when you reach the coffee shop ‘Instant Drip’. The interior looks just like any chain coffee shop, Starbucks, Costa or wherever. Except there aren’t any staff. Customers queue as normal but declare their order loudly and the items appear from thin air whilst an appropriate amount is deducted in GAME tokens.
Utilitarian and quick. It looks like the magic at Shoubu does have some uses apart from helping students to get laid.
When you approach the counter to place your order you can’t help but notice a cute looking brown-haired boy shouting increasingly loudly into his GT device but to no avail.
The convenience of the coffee shop has gained you some time but the question is do you stop to introduce yourself and see what the problem is?
