"Wrong," said Chris. "You are now both decorations, so you have no names. Now, go into the house and put makeup on your faces to look like Halloween decorations."

"Yes Master," both said. They marchrd into the house.

When they reemerged a few minutes later, Maya had fake blood across her throat, giving the illusion that her throat had been cut, while Jasmine had put fake blood in her hair on one side, and put more blood on a two-fist sized rock.

Jasmine put the rock down and lay next to it, making it seem as though she was bludgeoned with it. May simply lay on the ground with her eyes closed.

"Now, both of you, forget everything about being humans. From now on, you are merely decorations. To be posed and put out and then put away when Halloween ends."

"Yes Master."
