A trendy area of town

Isaac drove to a trendy area of town. A few years back, the town had shut down a street to automobile traffic and turned it into a walkable area that was not full of sidewalk cafes and upscale boutiques. He parked a few streets over and walked over.

There were people gathering for dinner or drinks after work or shopping. He saw an attractive well dressed short-haired brunette working on something. She would type on a tablet, stop, look off into the distance then type again.

"She could be a fun target," thought Isaac, but before making up his mind to play with her, her he looked around for more possible targets. There was a table of three coeds outside a coffee shop. They were all ignoring each other while they were on their phones.

Isaac wondered if he could entrance multiple people at once.
