Chapter 8 by Amira Amira

Can he get out of this deal?

A temporary Wedding

The following trip went like a whirlwind. Thoughts raced through Amirah's mind as quickly as they walked to a small apartment. Ahmed on the street side, both Muslim women next to him. Amira felt the flowing abaya caressing her tights and noticed her black shoes peeking out from her dress with each step.

"Come on, Amira", said Aisha. He followed her upstairs, kept looking at her swaying bottom in the dark abaya and her hijab. She is quite attractive, he thought. Then he remembered his own, matching outfit and shuddered.

He still couldn't believe his transformation. Just some hours ago, he looked like a guy ahead of a great day of crossdressing. Now he had gotten a complete makeover and looked like a modest woman in a hijab, feeling the glued on breasts and the chastity belt pressing into his tucked crotch, making his hips to roll from side to with every step. He felt his plucked eyebrows hurting and the sensation of being waxed completely.

He felt his tiny earrings hidden under the hijab. He looked at his manicured and prolonged nails on the handrails.

How could he ever get back and out of it?

The brown door opened. Jim had never seen such a living space. Thick, embroided carpets were lying in the living room. The walls were adorned with intricate tapestries and shelves filled with ornate trinkets.

A weightless scent of incense filled the air, creating an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility. Amira sat down on the couch. Ahmed joined her by the side. She felt akward, seing her long dress and manicured hands on her leap, sitting next to this man.

Just seconds later Aisha scowled out of the kitchen: "Amira, please give me a hand here with the tea!"

Amira quickly stood up from the couch and headed towards the kitchen to assist with making tea. As she entered the kitchen, she noticed the aroma of fresh tea leaves and saw Aisha standing by the stove, preparing the tea.

"Making tea is an important task for a Muslim wife", said Aisha. "Let me show you!"

Amira nodded and watched as Aisha carefully measured the tea leaves and poured hot water into the teapot. Aisha explained the importance of patience and precision in making the perfect cup of tea, emphasizing that it was not just about the taste but also about the intention behind it.

Amira listened attentively, still not grasping the situation throughout. "Now, bring it to Ahmed, pour him some tea, and wait to hear what he says,", she said. Amira followed Aisha's instructions and carried the teapot on a table to Ahmed. As she poured him a cup of tea, she couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation.

She wondered what his reaction would be, and she hoped somehow that her efforts would be appreciated. Ahmed took a sip while she stood attentively next to him. He looked up at her with a smile and nodded approvingly. "Thank you, my moon", he said.

She poured herself a cup and sat down.

"Now, Amira", said Aisha, "please sit down." "When you joined me in our shop, I asked you if you wanted to know more about the life of a Muslim woman or if you were some kind of pervert. Although you said you wanted to know more, you tried to betray us and ran away. That's not a very humbling attitude."

Amira's heart sank as she listened to Aisha's stern words. She had never intended to betray them, but now she realized the gravity of her actions. She didn't know what to say. "I was frightened", she said quickly.

Aisha looked the feminized man down. "Nevertheless, I think we can look over this accident. We have a little suggestion for you. You will stay as Amira for twelve weeks, living under our guidance and experiencing the wholesome life of a Muslim woman. During your time with us, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our culture and gain a deeper understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by Muslim women.

Jim froze. "Twelve weeks!", he gulped. "I can't just be three month away from my life! I have a girlfriend and a job!"

Aisha shook her had. "It takes time to understand our way of living. But please listen to our proposal. In our religion, there is the Nikah al-Mut’ah, or simply mut’ah. It's a marriage between two consenting adults for a specified period of time. It is a special form of marriage, which is why it is called a nikah. Since its duration is fixed, it is also often called “temporary marriage”. The woman, before the mut’ah, must NOT be in a pending marriage with anyone else. Moreover, both parties must be adult believers, and both must be chaste.

We believe that by entering into a mut'ah contract, both parties can experience the benefits of companionship and intimacy without the long-term commitment of a traditional marriage. This arrangement allows individuals to explore their compatibility and fulfill their emotional and physical needs within a defined timeframe. Additionally, the mut'ah contract provides a sense of security and legal protection for both parties involved. How does this sound?"

"But what about my job!" exclaimed Jim. Ahmed, who had been silent for some time, started to speak. "As I was browsing, though I saw, you were into some IT. Just write a letter to your boss and tell him you will go on a sabbatical", said Ahmed. "This will allow you to take a break from work and explore other opportunities or interests without completely severing your employment. And my Muslim wife don't work in IT, by the way. We will find you a more suitable job. You can help the household, support our sister Medith with her children or cleaning duty, or Aisha at the Shop."

"How can I be sure that you will let me back into my old life?"asked Jim.

"When performing Muta, I will give you a dowry. My vow will be: After ending our marriage, you will get all photos, videos, and other recordings of those twelve weeks. This will ensure that your privacy is respected and that you can continue with your old life without any interference or complications. Additionally, I will provide you with a written agreement stating that you have the option to return to your previous employment if you choose to do so" Ahmed said. "And you'll get a financial benefit to compensate for your income loss.
