A swirling pattern

"Hmmm, cool," said Brianna. She clicked on the link.

A swirling pattern came on the screen as soft, rhythmic music started playing. Brianna stared at the pattern. The longer she stared, the more relaxed she became. After 30 seconds, she was staring blankly at the screen.

A voice sounded in her earbuds. "Can you hear me?"

"Yes," Brianna said in a barely audible whisper.

"Good, now listen closely. You must obey."

"I must obey."

"You can not say 'no.'"

"I cannot say 'no.'"

"You must do whatever you are told."

"...whatever I'm told."

"You have no free will."

"You must obey everyone."

"Obey everyone."

"Obey everyone."

"Obey everyone," said Brianna in a hushed sleepy voice.

"You must obey everyone."

"Very good. Now when the pattern stops, you will forget why you were watching it and not remember me talking to you, but you will be unable to say 'no' to any command you are given by anyone no matter what unless it means you must physically harm yourself. OBEY!"
