A strange woman requests your presence

"Greetings, Daniel!" An elderly woman wearing a cloak in a nearby tent greets you.

You get the feeling she's this dimension's version of a fortune teller, and you see a familiar image on one of her cards..

"Come! Come! I have much to tell you!" She calls to you, so you step into her tent and she motions you towards a chair across her desk.

"Your attention was drawn to this card, yes?" She asks

"Yeah, the girl with the lion..the card is named Strength..do you make these cards based off of locals? I was just with that girl."

"I made not the cards off of her, she made herself from the cards! Though perhaps too literally, look to yourself compared to this card, perhaps you'll understand."

She points to another card, named "Fool". The pack he carries is on the end of a stick, certainly reminds you of the pack you carry now, you're not sure where the dog and the cliff fall into place though.

She smiles, "Don't focus too much on the physical items, it's the symbolism that matters. The pack represents your potential, the dog, your guide in this world."

"My guide?"

"Indeed, you've seen this in a conveniently placed wagon of hay, as well as..I sense divine influence leading you here. A choice you might otherwise not make...a risk ordinarily un-taken." She seems to think much on this subject.

You're not sure how to take these words, but you nod. You've also just been called a fool, which wounds your pride a bit. "Thank you." You say, and you start to get up and leave.

"Ah, before you go, Daniel, you should have this." She stands up with another card.

You reach to take it but she stops you, "Don't look at what it says until the time is right, it will help you meet who you need. But..." she pauses, thinking.

She takes the card and makes a series of distinct small rips to form the word 'yours' in it.

With this she smiles and let's you take it.

"Why'd you do that?"

She chuckles. "Why do you think? It's got to be known who it belongs to."

You start making your way down the road, carefully pocketing the card, unsure what to make of it all.
