A straitjacket and a fat dildo gag

You pull out a orange latex straitjacket with text over the "inmantes" chest saying "Keep restrained at all times". You smile as you hear Sarah gasp as she reads the text. "Give me your arms." You order, she obeys but its clear on her face that she doesn´t want to. You feed her arms up and into the sleeves, then pull the "jacket" around her torso and start to tightly strap her in. You then cross her arms in front of her and strap them to her torso, then finish by pulling the crotch strap as tight as you can, making Sarah wince, and then she´s done. Well, almost done.

"Now, any crazy lady like you obviously need a gag." You state, and pull out a special gag. On the outdide it looks like a ballgag, but in the back the ball continues inward into a fat dildo. The wearer would have nearly their whole mouth filled up by it. Pushing down and straddling Sarah, you smile. "You may resist me putting the gag into your mouth, but you can´t buck me off you." Immediately Sarah starts screaming and thrashing her head this way and that, even twiwting her body side to side. But she never tries to buck you off. As she tries to flail around, you grab her by her jaw and press the dildo against her lips but she keeps them closed. So you quickly pinch her nose, cutting of her air and holding her fairly still. Eventually, she opens her lips to suck in some air, and you imediately shove the dildo into her mouth. She tries to squirm around some more, but now you press down on the muzzle with both hands, pinning her head to the floor. Her screaming and cursing was now reduced to whines and grarbled groans.

"Lift your head up." She obeys, letting your strap in the gag. You then take a step back. "Well well, looks like I´ve a famous patient to attend to." Sarah look up at you in fear and you drag her over towards some of the toys...
